OUR POLICIES

Customers will need to make sure to have a picture ID for the purposes of identity verification. This must be a current & valid State issued ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all of the requirements of the institution that the prints are being sent to.
A non-refundable deposit of $30.00 is due to set-up all appointments. All payments for services are due before the fingerprints are taken. After the fingerprints have been processed, we will give you the completed fingerprint cards to take with you and your service is complete.
*If the fingerprints are rejected or returned as not usable, so long as the customer shows valid proof of the rejection, we will refund the amount for the card or redo the fingerprint card within 30 days free of charge*
We accept payments in cash, Visa/credit/debit card and Cashapp.
